| I also worked in the service industry at one time and had some &#o022;mem8rable” days. In retrospect, it helps to deal with these type of situations when you understand that people are fallible and can have “one of those days”, just like all of us do. I try to keep that in mind as I deal with people. I’m having “one of those days” right now! Make exceptions for people if you want them to make exceptions for you! |
